"Well, you know, there's always the internet, isn't there?"
Well, during my training I went on the Internet; and you can find everything there (and often there is a lack of the framework which would allow to make the things safely and adapted)
I even got inspired by what I found there, in my “video assignments” (understand in my homework and exams to get my certification)
The mere fact of reading “lay your baby on his stomach on the ground” “put the baby on the floor”, okay.... well depending on his or her age, there's a good chance your baby will complain, but like... seriously!
So, parents who have laid their newborn on his/her stomach on the floor, and who have clearly seen that their little wonder was not happy at all, conclude: ah well my baby doesn't like it; they can also conclude that Tummy Time is cr... ( sorry: not up to the mark and disappointing, really subpar!)
And you can find plenty of articles stating that (young) babies don't like Tummy Time at all and that you have to “wait”, that you have to let babies develop at their own pace ( in short “down with Tummy Time” )
So what are the advantages of using the services of a certified Tummy Time Method instructor?
