However, in a wise and adapted way!!
At each age and/or motor stage, a time not to exceed, and activities allowed or unsuitable!!!
But share with you some of the many elements that you can learn in consultation

"Back to sleep, Tummy to Play". We start the very first sessions of Tummy Time Method in “very short duration” mode, regardless of the child's age, and absolutely for the youngest |

The youngest will stay with a very precise and rather short time limit, it is by getting older and depending on their motor progress and muscle strengthening that we will increase the duration, while staying within precise limits.
Those who are older will be able to reach their own time limit in a few days, and it is by getting older and depending on their situations that we will say: from now on, we move on to so many minutes |

So there is: a duration per session, and a total duration per day |

The activities are not the same 3 days after birth, 4 weeks after birth, 8 weeks, 4 months, 6 months, 8 months.... I can guide you depending on your child's age, their motor AND muscular development, and if necessary, I will listen to potential recommendations from your child's doctor;
I am always eager to communicate between myself, the families, and the doctors in charge of the family and the child; working together, that's how we bring the best care to families. |

There are days when you should NOT do Tummy Time!
This implies that we will not be able to have consultations on those days, except to watch me and reproduce on a doll, but not on your child on those days |

The parent is always within reach to take the child in their arms during Tummy time, it is a totally supervised activity
If your child has just fallen asleep in a prone position, and going to put them on their back in their bed is risky (like waking up the child), then you stay there to supervise your child (you can also gently install them in a baby sling....) |

Tummy Time is a position to PLAY and INTERACT. When you play with the child who is on their back or on their side, don't forget to change sides |
